Kelsy Wise has always had a special love for the water and has enjoyed coming to Wildwood Crest every summer since she was a child. Kelsy’s life was transformed in 2004 when she fell in love with yoga while attending Temple University in Philadelphia, and her husband, Charles Wise, a Cape May native. In 2006 they moved to California together where she studied yoga and Holistic Health Education. In 2009 she received her Master’s degree, as well as certificates in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Group Fitness.

Kelsy’s goal is to motivate and inspire people to live life to the fullest. She enjoys doing so through her fun movement and exercise classes. Since moving back to Cape May in 2010, she has taught at various locations throughout the area including a fitness center, on the beach, swimming pools, a chiropractors office, fund raisers, and even bars and a golf course.  However Kelsy’s experience of yoga was completely changed when she was introduced to Stand-Up Paddleboard in 2013 through her good friend Beth and SUP Cape May. She began teaching yoga on the Stand-Up Paddleboard for SUP Cape May in 2014 and it is her favorite class to teach. It is a not-to-be-missed experience!
